One day we have to stop wishing through windows we know have been shut

we have to keep the past behind us

both the good and the bad

and not think of what we could've done

or would've changed

and look at what is in front of us,

look at the experiences that are still open to us

One day we have to stop wishing through windows we know have been shut

and look to the future to bring us new experiences

new challenges, and new happiness
